Conditioning Hub

The Hub timetable includes our renowned C3 Matrix sessions - which focus on cardio, core and corrective exercise - and restorative Yoga.  

These sessions are an ideal compliment to a structured and progressive strength training programme, and will serve to build on your overall base of conditioning, by giving your abs and lungs a blast, whilst simultaneously keeping your muscles lengthened and your joints in check.

These sessions are included in both our one-to-one and small group personal training memberships, but can also be attended as standalone sessions. This would work well for more advanced people, or for those who perform other forms of training elsewhere. We would not recommend these for fitness beginners.
