"I was really fed up with my weight and no matter what I did; different programmes, gyms and diet plans, I just felt like I couldn't shift it. I had not long been on a summer holiday too and felt really self conscious being out and about in my bikini! Then when I got home, trying to squeeze into my jeans wasn't a pretty site either...so I decided that I was going to stop feeling sorry for myself and do something about it!

After 4 weeks on the programme, I started to notice many changes... I was 2kg down and I could start to feel my clothes getting looser. I can't even tell you how happy I was that something was working.
I was eating more (healthy stuff obviously but having the occasional treat) and I trained 4 x a week - because I was not only dedicated to it but then I ended up really loving the sessions and wanted to go more!
By the time the 8 weeks were up, not only did I look much better, having dropped 2 jeans sizes, but I regained my confidence, I was happier and my energy levels were through the roof. My muscles are also firm now and I love my super-toned arms and waist...no more lumps and bumps in my bikini!
