We are a unique set up, with a very different training approach and culture to a typical big-box gym or mainstream health club. We don't do over-sized biceps, peacock struts, posing mirrors or any of that other gym nonsense. We do fitness for grown ups.

We are a service-driven personal training gym, with an exceptional coaching team, that is all about providing the very best gym experience, whilst ensuring that you get the results that you come to us for.

Our members are regular folk, who want to look, move and feel better. Of course they all have individual goals and requirements, but they all share our view on fitness, which is that it should be the right balance of fun, but focussed. 

Unlike impersonal health clubs where you effectively rent an equipment filled space for an uninspiring hour, all of our gym memberships have personal training or coaching rolled in, which is always delivered by our in-house team of master trainers.

They also include unlimited access to our Conditioning Hub timetable, where you can compliment your personal training sessions with our C3 Matrix classes (core, cardio, corrective) and restorative Yoga. 

This comprehensive approach means that we can work with you to formulate a training schedule that works for you and your specific fitness goals.

One-to-one Personal Training Membership

Includes one-to-one personal training, unlimited access to our Conditioning Hub timetable and a regular gym membership.

This is recommended for people who have rehabilitation needs or who prefer more privacy and personal attention. It's also the preferred option for some people initially, before they make the move over to small group personal training.

Small Group Personal Training Membership

Includes small group personal training (2-4 people), unlimited access to our Conditioning Hub timetable and a regular gym membership.

This is our most popular membership, and is recommended for people with any fitness goal, as the small group format combines the fun of the group dynamic, with same training outcomes as one-to-one training.

Set up in 2009 by founder Jean-Claude Vacassin (a regular health and fitness contributor to the Daily Telegraph) the W10 Performance gym is located in West London at 202-208 Kensal Road, London W10 5BN. W10’s Gym memberships offer personal training, nutrition advice, yoga, boxing, HITT and other functional fitness classes. They also have physio and sports massage practitioners onsite. They are proud to offer a high level of fitness to residents and local workers in Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, Queens Park, Willesden, Kilburn, Harlesden, Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, Kensington and Westbourne Park areas.
