Thank you to everyone who came along to our 5-day fitness retreat in Ibiza last month, what an amazing trip with a great bunch of people.
This was our last “adventure club” of the year but if you missed out this time, don’t worry, there will be many more…such as our Mount Kilimanjaro adventure early next year.
We hired a luxury five-bedroom villa with pool and rooftop training space set on the hills of s’Estanyol near Talamanca in Ibiza (take us back!)
2 of our coaches Nick and Daisy went along to provide group personal training sessions twice per day – a slightly modified version of our programme in the gym and we also had a personal chef who cooked all of our meals. 8 of our W10 members joined us on the trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better week.

Roof top fitness sessions every day watching the sun come up.
Sunset beach sports day, involving a very intense game of tug of war!
Dougal and Scott crowed the kings of bear crawls.
Chris Eade nailing a perfect set of push ups on a paddle board.
Relaxing late morning yoga in the sun and dolphin spotting on a luxury boat trip.
Incredible in-house catering prepared by Wild Thymes Ibiza. An amazing team who made healthy, nutritional food for the team all week.

This was our first official W10 fitness retreat – we’re looking forward to many more so keep your eyes peeled…
